## Ingredients

- Chicken bones, roasted until golden
|

- Water, enough to cover bones
|

- Aromatics:

||

||

## Steps
|

1. Roast bones until golden brown.
|
||
2. Simmer bones with aromatics and water for 4–6 hours.
