# Crème brûlée
A French dessert with tricky accents and formatting.
## Ingredients
- 500 ml cream
- 100 g sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 vanilla pod
## Steps
1. Heat cream & vanilla until steaming.
2. Whisk yolks + sugar until pale.
3. Combine gently → do not curdle!
4. Bake in water bath at 150 °C.
5. Chill, then caramelize sugar with a torch 🔥.
