+# Crème brûlée
+
+A French dessert with tricky accents and formatting.
+
+## Ingredients
+- 500 ml cream
+- 100 g sugar
+- 4 egg yolks
+- 1 vanilla pod
+
+## Steps
+1. Heat cream & vanilla until steaming.  
+2. Whisk yolks + sugar until pale.  
+3. Combine gently → do not curdle!  
+4. Bake in water bath at 150 °C.  
+5. Chill, then caramelize sugar with a torch 🔥.
