- *Line-OU* they perform tasks which are central to the organization, E.g: Sales, Production...
- *Staff-OU* help the  line units, there are two types:
	- Direct Collaboration, e.g. preparing, planing, executing
	- Internal Services, e.g. managing, maintanence...
